Octavius Infrastructure seeks a Site Engineer to bring civil projects to life on site. You will deliver accurate setting out, support delivery teams and ensure works are safe, compliant and built to the highest standards.

Working on public realm, highways and infrastructure schemes across Sussex, you’ll join a collaborative team and have opportunities for training, mentoring and career progression in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Formación

• Experience as Site Engineer in civil/highways/infrastructure projects.
• Strong setting out and surveying capability.
• Experience with quality assurance processes and records (ITPs, inspection docs).
• Knowledge of Procore, BIM or similar digital delivery tools.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications confidently.
• A relevant engineering qualification and CSCS card.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and committed to safety and quality.

Responsabilidades

• Provide accurate setting out and marking on site.
• Support delivery teams to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to high standards.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Site Managers and engineers to drive scheme delivery.
• Maintain quality records and assist with QA processes on site.

We are recruiting for a Site Engineer to join us here at Octavius.

Exciting public realm, highways and infrastructure improvement projects across West and East Sussex, including our current work at Barnham and a growing pipeline of schemes delivered through long-term local authority partnerships. These projects are helping to improve communities, reduce congestion and create lasting infrastructure that people use every day.

As a Site Engineer, you’ll play a key role in bringing these schemes to life, providing accurate setting out, supporting project delivery and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
