A rare, single-position opportunity has opened for an experienced Site Engineer to join the permanent team on one of the South West's largest and longest-running commercial campus developments - a greenfield, multi-phase scheme in Long Ashton, Bristol.

Enabling works are live now, main construction phases commence autumn 2025 and the forward workload is secured for 5-10 years on one site.

The Role

  • Piled retaining walls and deep RC basements

  • Off-site manufactured timber superstructure systems
About You
  • Currently working as a Site Engineer with a main contractor (Tier 1 or reputable Tier 2)
  • Fully proficient with robotic total station & GPS (Leica/Trimble) and digital setting-out
  • Strong experience in any of the above disciplines - particularly basements, infrastructure or RC structures
  • Degree or HND qualified
  • CSCS card (Black or White preferred), SMSTS advantageous
  • Looking for genuine long-term stability rather than the next short-term contract
What's on Offer
  • True 5-10 year job security on one campus

  • Clear progression route as the phases expand
  • Entirely Bristol-based - no lodging required
