Job summary

The Compleat Food Group is seeking a site Costings Finance Analyst to join our Bristol team, with travel to Ebbw Vale and Milton Keynes. You will own product costing, inventory valuation and standard costs, ensuring cost accuracy across manufacturing sites.

You’ll analyze cost drivers, monitor margins, and partner with Operations to identify cost-saving opportunities, while adapting to a fast-paced, non-traditional monthly reporting environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel and data analysis skills for costing and variance reporting.
• Ability to explain financial impacts clearly to non-financial teams.
• Experience partnering with Manufacturing, Procurement and NPD.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate standard costs, BOMs, routing and labour/overhead rates.
• End-to-end costing ownership for sites with ERP systems.
• Provide margin, cost and inventory valuation reporting.
• Perform variance analysis on material, labour, yield and overheads.
• Support cost-reduction opportunities with operations teams.
• Assist budgets and forecasts with costing inputs and scenarios.
