Job summary

Delta Personnel Ltd is seeking a Site Coordinator for ongoing water projects across the North East. This site-based role requires you to be the link between site teams, Project Managers and suppliers, ensuring day-to-day operations stay organized and each site has what is needed to move forward.

Travel across water sites is required, with a provided van and fuel card. The role involves managing multiple live sites, coordinating deliveries, materials, and site requirements, while upholding health

Qualifications

• SSSTS or SMSTS certification is required.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience coordinating or supervising construction, civils or water sites.
• Ability to manage priorities across multiple sites.
• Strong organisation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day logistics across live sites.
• Coordinate deliveries, materials, plant and site requirements.
• Support site teams with daily running of works.
• Keep Project Managers updated on progress, issues and site requirements.
• Ensure sites are organized, supplied and ready for planned works.
• Coordinate with operatives, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Maintain high standards of Health and Safety, quality and site compliance.

Job description

Delta Personnel is searching for a Site Coordinator for ongoing water projects across the North East.

This is a site based role covering multiple water sites. You will be the link between site teams, Project Managers and suppliers, keeping day to day site operations organised and ensuring each site has what it needs to keep moving.

A van and fuel card will be provided.

Job Info

• Minimum 40 hours per week
• Realistically around 47 - 50 hours per week paid
• Van and fuel card provided
• Travel across water sites throughout the North East

The Role

• Oversee the day-to-day logistics across multiple live sites
• Coordinate deliveries, materials, plant and site requirements
• Support site teams with the daily running of works
• Keep Project Managers updated on progress, issues and site requirements
• Help ensure sites are organised, supplied and ready for planned works
• Coordinate with operatives, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams
• Maintain high standards of Health and Safety, quality and general site compliance

Must Have

• SSSTS or SMSTS
• Full UK driving licence
• Previous experience coordinating or supervising construction, civils or water sites
• Confident managing priorities across more than one site
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• Machine tickets would be an advantage.
