Position Summary

We have immediate positions available for experienced operating foremen.

Responsibilities
  • Read blueprints, shoot grades, layout work, and set up the work.
  • Conduct toolbox safety meetings each morning.
  • Manage equipment operators and laborers crew productively.
  • Run heavy equipment (excavators, wheel loaders, bulldozers, skid steers, etc.) safely and productively.
  • Execute Project Manager's directives in running commercial site work projects, including site layout, installation of water, sewer and storm pipe, road base & roadway installation, utility work, fine grading, foundation prep, curb installation, etc.
  • Keep project schedule, communicate with subcontractors, keep them on schedule, and oversee the quality of their work.
  • Keep track of employee hours each week and collect timecards.
  • Keep a daily work log of what was done; take before/after/progress/problem pictures as needed.
  • Be willing to work overtime and some Saturdays if needed; be responsible for fueling, care & routine maintenance of the equipment; always ensure a safe work environment.
Compensation

Excellent pay for qualified candidates! Must have transportation to work. Self-starter, show initiative, be on‑time and lead by example. We are looking for long‑term employees. Great pay based on experience with room to grow. Job Type: Full‑time. Pay: $35.00 - $68.75 per hour.
