Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is looking for experienced Riggers to join a busy site in Middlesbrough (TS6). This is an excellent opportunity for qualified candidates with experience in lifting operations to secure ongoing work with regular overtime available. Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm.

Overtime is available on weekdays and weekends. Valid CPCS or NPORS certification is required, and candidates should be able to work closely with crane operators and site supervisors to ensure safe

Qualifications

• Valid CPCS or NPORS, or similar Slinger/Rigger certification.
• Previous experience in lifting operations within construction, industrial, or civil engineering environments.
• Good understanding of safe rigging practices and lifting procedures.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious approach to work.
• Additional lifting or rigging qualifications.
• Experience working on large infrastructure, industrial, or heavy civils projects.

Responsibilities

• Slinging and rigging loads in accordance with lift plans and site procedures.
• Working closely with crane operators and site supervisors to ensure safe lifting operations.
• Carrying out pre-use checks on lifting equipment and reporting any defects.
• Following all site health and safety regulations.
• Assisting with general site duties when required.
• Maintaining a safe and organised working environment.
