Overview

The Company: A global FM and property management company.

The Role: You will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of M&E building services for a healthcare facility in Bristol. You will also be responsible for carrying out general PPMs and first line maintenance of general plumbing and building fabric. You will be part of a 2 man team working on opposites of the shift pattern below. This is a 2 week shift pattern on a 42 hour week.

Shift pattern:

• Week 1: Mon, Tue, Sat, Sun (4 days)
• Week 2: Wed, Thu, Fri (3 days)
• 12 hour days 6am - 6pm

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance of M&E building services for a healthcare facility.
• Perform general PPMs and first line maintenance of plumbing and building fabric.
• Operate as part of a two-person team on a shift pattern as described.

Requirements / Qualifications

It is essential that you have experience of working in a client-facing maintenance role in facilities management. You are either a qualified Electrician with 18th edition (or equivalent electrical competencies) OR a Mechanical Engineer with some Mechanical Qualification.

Salary

Salary is up to £41,984 + OT + 20 days holiday and 3%/5% pension.
