Overview

The Company: A global FM and property management company.

The Role

You will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of M&E building services for a healthcare facility in Bournemouth.

You will also be responsible for carrying out general PPM's and first line maintenance of general plumbing and building fabric.

You will be part of a 2 man team working on opposites of the shift pattern below.

This is a 2 week shift pattern on a 42 hour week,

Week 1: working - Mon, Tue, Sat, Sun. (4 Days)

Week 2: working - Wed, Thurs, Fri. (3 Days)

12 hour days 6am - 6pm

The Person

It is essential that you have experience of working in a client facing facilities maintenance role and you are a qualified Electrician with 18th edition or a minimum of electrical competencies OR a Mechanical Engineer with some form of mechanical qualification

Salary

Salary is up to £41,984 + OT + 20 days holiday and 3%/5% pension
