The Company:

The Role:

You will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of M&E building services for a healthcare facility in Stockton on Tees.

You will also be responsible for carrying out general PPM's and first line maintenance of general plumbing and building fabric.

You will be part of a 2-man team working on opposites of the shift pattern below.

• Week 1: working – Mon, Tues, Sat, Sun (4 Days)
• Week 2: working – Wed, Thurs, Fri (3 Days)

12 hour days 6am - 6pm.

The Person:

It is essential that you have experience of working in a client facing maintenance role and that you are qualified Electrician with 18th edition or a minimum of electrical competencies.

The Salary:

Salary is up to £41,984 + OT + 20 days holiday and 3%/5% pension.
