Qualifications

• At least NEBOSH qualified or equivalent certifications required.

• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for Health and Safety across multiple sites.
• Act as the expert for HSE matters to the senior leadership team.
• Promote a positive attitude towards safety practices.

Skills

Proven track record working as a HSE Manager within manufacturing

Confident communicating with operators to leadership

NEBOSH qualified (or equivalent)

Excellent communicator at all levels both verbally and written

Able to work autonomously and pro-actively

Organised and able to work under pressure

Experience of working to ISO 45001, 14001 and 18001
