Yolk Recruitment is working with a Newport-based manufacturing business to recruit a Finance Administrator to join the finance team on a site-based basis. The role suits someone with finance administration or transactional finance experience seeking career development in a busy manufacturing environment.

The role involves processing invoices, supporting ledgers, reconciliations and producing routine reports. A hands-on finance team will offer growth and stability in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance administration, accounts or transactional finance roles.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident using Excel and finance systems.

Responsibilities

• Processing invoices and maintaining accurate financial records
• Supporting purchase and sales ledger activities
• Matching invoices to purchase orders and delivery documentation
• Assisting with payment processing and reconciliations
• Maintaining supplier and customer account information
• Handling finance-related queries from internal teams, suppliers and customers
• Assisting with month-end processes and general finance administration
• Producing reports and updating spreadsheets as required
• Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc administrative duties
