Job summary

Fairfield Spencer Academy is seeking a reliable, energetic and proactive Site Assistant to join our proactive team. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining a safe, clean and well-maintained school environment.

The hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 6am to 9am. We offer a welcoming, supportive and caring school community with opportunities for professional development and career growth as part of the Spencer Academies Trust.

Qualifications

• An organised, friendly team player.
• Someone willing to work hard and use initiative.
• A practical approach to problem-solving.
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.

• Caretaking duties and general site maintenance.
• General and emergency cleaning as required.
