Construction is seeking an experienced Site Agent for a major sewage reservoir construction project in Moffat, Scotland, starting September 2026. The role offers a competitive daily rate and long-term security on a high-profile infrastructure scheme.

The role requires strong civil engineering background, excellent IT skills, and proven ability to manage site paperwork to high standards. CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid at Work are essential, with driving licence preferred.

Qualifications

  • Relevant site experience as a Site Agent on civil or water infrastructure projects.
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital site management systems.
  • Excellent organisational skills with high-quality paperwork and reporting.
  • Valid CSCS Card.
  • SMSTS certification.
  • First Aid at Work qualification.
  • Full UK driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day site operations to deliver works safely, on programme, and to specification.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, labour, plant and materials.
  • Maintain accurate site records, including diaries, permits, quality documentation, and health & safety paperwork.
  • Ensure compliance with project procedures and client requirements.
  • Liaise effectively with the project team, client representatives, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress and assist in delivering the project on time and within budget.
