Job summary

A leading construction firm in Scotland seeks a Site Agent with a strong civil engineering background and at least 7 years of experience. Responsibilities include acting as the site representative, monitoring project performance, and collaborating with engineers. Strong English and Chinese communication skills are essential. This role may consider applications for a Sub-Agent with less experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years' post-qualification experience in civil engineering is preferred.
• Holder of a valid driving license.
• Application with less qualification will be considered as Sub-Agent.

Responsibilities

• Act as site representative on civil engineering execution.
• Monitor project performance against budget and schedule.
• Collaborate with engineers and subcontractors.

Job Requirements

• Degree or above in civil disciplinary studies with min. 7 years' post-qualification experience in civil engineering is preferred;
• Self-motivated and well-organised;
• Holder of Driving License;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
