Job summary

Kier Group is seeking a Site Agent to join the United Utilities Framework based in the North West of England. You will lead on-site operations, ensuring work is safe, on time and within budget.

You will coordinate site teams, manage resources and costs, and maintain high-quality standards while liaising with clients and regulators. A full driving licence and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in site management and project delivery within construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and contracts.
• Strong leadership to manage site teams and subcontractors.
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all on-site construction activities, ensuring safe, timely and budget-conscious completion.
• Managing site resources and monthly costs, including labour, materials and equipment.
• Coordinating and delegating tasks among site teams and subcontractors with regular progress updates.
• Ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting site inspections and addressing issues promptly.
• Maintaining accurate site records, including progress reports, risk assessments and safety documentation.
