Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in civil engineering site delivery at Site Agent / Site Manager level.
• Background in civil engineering, infrastructure, utilities, or heavy civils.
• CSCS Site Manager/Supervisor card; SMSTS preferred.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead all site operations, including labour, subcontractors, materials, and logistics.
• Champion a proactive health, safety, and environmental culture through briefings and audits.
• Manage technical delivery, including drawings and specifications.
• Undertake short-term planning and monitor progress.
• Coordinate all site stakeholders for smooth project delivery.
• Provide accurate site information for commercial management.
