Job summary

Elvet Recruitment Limited are recruiting a Site Agent for a leading Civil Engineering Contractor in the North East. The initial project will involve working across several high-profile schemes across the North East, with multiple sites including Teesside.

Responsibilities include managing daily site operations, monitoring timelines and budgets, promoting a high-quality safety culture, liaising with the Project/Contracts Manager, and leading site teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

Experience as Site Agent or Site Manager on civil engineering & infrastructure projects.
SMSTS, Temporary Works Coordinator, Lifting Appointed Person, First Aid.
Detailed experience with Structures, Highways, Public Realm, RC Works.
Experience delivering schemes up to 5 million.

Responsibilities

Managing and overseeing the daily site operations.
Monitoring site timelines and managing the budgets/resources.
Promoting a high quality culture, ensuring all health and safety standards are adhered to.
Liaising with the Project and Contracts Manager, reporting any changes to schedule.
Leading and motivating the site teams to ensure that all works are carried out on time.
Completing daily site diaries.
