Site Agent / Site Manager - Utilities / Water Projects

Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire

I'm recruiting for a Site Agent / Site Manager to deliver complex utilities and water infrastructure schemes, including booster stations, deep excavations, and civil engineering works on long-term framework projects in the region. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established tier-one contractor with secured workload across the UK water and infrastructure sectors.

The role
  • Oversee day-to-day site delivery across multiple civil and MEICA packages
  • Lead site teams and subcontractors ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient delivery
  • Manage programmes, resources, and budgets
  • Produce and review project documentation including RAMS, ITPs, and short-term plans
  • Liaise closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal delivery teams
About you
  • Background in civil engineering and utilities, ideally within the water sector
  • Experience delivering booster stations, deep drainage, or large excavations
  • Strong knowledge of H&S, CDM, temporary works and site delivery
  • HNC/Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
  • CSCS & SMSTS essential

  • Up to £65,000 base salary
