Job summary

A construction recruitment agency is seeking a Site Agent to oversee civils and rail projects in Sizewell, Suffolk. The successful candidate will manage a team, plan and deliver work, and liaise with stakeholders. Strong project management and leadership skills with a focus on risk assessments and quality assurance are essential. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing construction projects.
• Strong leadership skills to manage engineers and subcontractors.
• Ability to develop project plans and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Manage Section Engineers and oversee subcontractor work.
• Plan and forecast work effectively.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders as needed.
• Develop and manage project programmes and quality assurance.
• Handle design management and health & safety compliance.

Job description

An exciting opportunity for a Site Agent to work on a civils & rail project based in Sizewell, Suffolk for the next few years.

As a Site Agent successful candidate will be working on lineside civils, Foundation bases, Level crossings and Drainage.

Duties will include:

• Managing 2 x Section Engineers and subcontractor management
• Planning, forecasting and delivering work
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders
• Developing programmes, Risk assessments, Quality assurance.
• Managing design, NCRs, RFI's, H&S etc.
