Qualifications

• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead all site activities from mobilisation through to completion.
• Coordinate civils, mechanical and electrical delivery teams.
• Manage subcontractor performance and daily progress.
• Keep HSEQ documentation accurate and up-to-date.
• Run inductions and toolbox talks.
• Engage with clients and internal teams to ensure delivery on track.
• Maintain high standards around live services and temporary works.

Site Agent / Senior Site Agent – Outside IR35

12-Month Contract | Start ASAP | £400–£425 per day

I’m supporting a major infrastructure programme and am looking for an experienced Site Agent or Senior Site Agent to take the lead on a large wastewater upgrade scheme. The project is moving into early delivery stages, with enabling works kicking off shortly and a substantial construction phase to follow.

This role needs someone confident running a site day‑to‑day, managing a mix of civils, MEICA, and complex interfaces. You’ll be the on‑site lead—driving progress, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring all safety, quality, environmental and compliance requirements are met throughout the programme. Works will span new structures, pumping solutions, power upgrades, process systems and associated access and reinstatement activities.

What you’ll be doing:
