Project Duration: 2-Year Site-Based Project

We are currently recruiting an experienced Construction Administrator to join our team on a major project in Glasgow. This is a permanent, site-based role offering an immediate start for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to site management and project teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and site records
  • Assist with daily workflows, scheduling, and coordination
  • Update and manage system data using internal platforms
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and project requirements
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a Construction Administration role is essential
  • Ideally experienced using Novade and Day Looks
  • Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills
  • Ability to work on-site full-time (08:30-17:00)
  • Must be able to undergo a Disclosure Scotland Check
