Saputo is seeking a Site Administrator at its UK flagship site to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Site Director and the Plant Leadership Team. You will greet visitors, manage the switchboard, and ensure smooth daily operations.
You will prepare leadership meeting materials and support event logistics across onsite and offsite activities. The role requires strong communication, diary management skills, and proficiency with MS Office in a fast-paced industrial setting.

This role sits within the Saputo Dairy UK flagship site – where we primarily focus on the production of our multi award‑winning cheddars. As the Site Administrator you will be responsible for all organisational, secretarial, and administrative support to the Site Director and her wider Plant Leadership Team (PLT). Supporting the Site Director, who holds overall responsibility for the success of the plant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the PLT have the information required to make informed decisions during leadership meetings. You will act as the first point of contact for internal and external visitors in a high footfall reception, ensuring a smooth running of operations for all visitors both in person and through the switchboard have a high quality welcome and are well engaged – maintaining a professional manner with people from a range of different levels of seniority.
