A leading healthcare provider in Bradford is seeking a Sister / Charge Nurse for Elective Surgery. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an aspiring senior staff nurse or an existing Band 6 looking to develop their management skills within the Elective Surgery Pathway. This role offers the chance to lead and support a dynamic team, ensuring high standards of patient care and operational efficiency.
Ward 21 comprises 23 beds, including 6 monitored beds for higher acuity post‑operative patients. We care for patients undergoing surgery across multiple specialties, including:
We work closely with the Elective Day Case Unit, Elective Short Stay Ward, and Enhanced Recovery Nurses to ensure smooth patient flow and an exceptional patient experience throughout the elective pathway.
