A leading healthcare provider in the UK is looking for a Charge Nurse to lead their team at Euxton Hall and Buckshaw Hospitals. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the wards, ensuring high standards of patient care, and developing nursing services. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, along with current NMC registration and experience in acute settings. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and innovative Surgical Sister/Charge Nurse at Euxton Hall Hospital and Buckshaw Hospital. The successful candidate will have current NMC registration, good management experience in a similar role, with proven ability to lead a team and develop nursing services. With excellent organisational and communication skills they will also be required to manage the day to day operational running of the Wards while ensuring high standards of care for all patients throughout their stay.
The successful applicant will be able to evidence previous leadership experience and passion to deliver excellent clinical and customer care, with clear commitment to efficient team working demonstrating effective communication/interpersonal skills to support the commercial success of the business.
The successful applicant must have experience in developing clinical services and the skills required to educate and support junior staff to deliver clinical care competently. We are looking for a candidate who has innovative ideas and supports and leads the Ward team.
Opened in 1983, Euxton Hall Private Hospital is one of Lancashire's leading private hospitals situated on the outskirts of Chorley but close to Preston and Wigan with easy access to the M65, M6 and M61 motorways.
The facility offers 32 beds all with en suite facilities to ensure complete privacy and by investing in advanced medical technology offers a wide range of treatments and services. On site there are two fully equipped ultra clean air theatres, an endoscopy and small treatment room.
The hospital specialises in orthopaedic procedures offered such as arthroscopy, hip, knee replacement and upper limb surgery and offers rapid access to Breast Care services.
