Esther ward is a dynamic Surgical Oncology ward that provides care to patients undergoing Ear, Nose and Throat or thoracic surgery as part of their cancer treatment. We also care for haematology and oncology outlying patients, exposing staff to a diverse range of nursing experiences.

  • Lead and inspire a dedicated nursing team delivering specialised, high‑quality care to patients.
  • Oversee smooth daily ward operations.
  • Champion holistic, patient‑centred care addressing the physical, psychological needs of both patients and staff.
  • Support and develop staff to reach their full potential.
