We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and experienced Clinical Senior Sister/Charge Nurse to lead our dedicated team in the Emergency Department. In this role, you will ensure the delivery of safe, high‑quality, patient‑centred care that meets agreed clinical and operational standards. You will also provide visible, compassionate leadership, supporting and developing a high‑performing, empowered nursing team. We are seeking a confident leader with substantial emergency care experience, strong operational management skills, and a proven ability to drive service improvement. You will be a clinical expert, with a deep understanding of emergency care pathways and a clear passion for delivering excellence. Working closely with the ED Unit Leads, Matrons, and specialty teams across Emergency and Acute Medicine, you will play a key part in shaping the future of our services.
