Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a senior clinical leader in critical care to steer the unit’s day-to-day operations and lead on high-impact projects.
The post holder will model the Trust values, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure safe, high-quality care for patients and families in a fast-paced environment.
The post holder will be a clearly identifiable senior clinical staff member, and team leader. They will have significant clinical experience, provide sound clinicalexpertiseto their team, and coordinate and deliver high quality care. They will be a role model for expert clinical care, and lead on specific projects / management functions as delegated by theMatron or Lead nurse. The poster holder will be accountable for the operational management of the unit on a day-by-day basis ensuring a safe, effective,qualityservice is delivered to patients and their families.
