Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with systems like Addepar.
  • Finance related degree from a university.
  • Well organized and proactive with a positive problem solving approach.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a global team.
  • Fluency in English, with French as a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate booking of all transactions in internal systems.
  • Manage settlement processes and resolve issues.
  • Update valuations of underlying investments.
  • Process subscriptions and redemptions.
  • Run daily cash and position reconciliations.
  • Review statutory and management accounts prepared by external providers.
  • Support capital calls, distributions and cash management across portfolios.
  • Assist with AML and KYC checks for direct investments.
  • Prepare data for tax and regulatory reporting.
  • Manage documents and contribute to ad hoc operational projects.

Private Investment Office (Single Family Office)

A large institutionalised family office with over 1bn in AUM is hiring an Operations and Finance Analyst for its London office. The firm manages a diversified multi-asset investment platform and a direct investment strategy focused on sustainable growth.

This role sits within the operations and finance team and supports the full investment lifecycle across data management, fund accounting, cash management and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities include:
  • Maintaining accurate booking of all transactions in internal systems
  • Managing settlement processes and resolving issues
  • Updating valuations of underlying investments
  • Processing subscriptions and redemptions
  • Running daily cash and position reconciliations
  • Reviewing statutory and management accounts prepared by external providers
  • Supporting capital calls, distributions and cash management across portfolios
  • Assisting with AML and KYC checks for direct investments
  • Preparing data for tax and regulatory reporting
