A leading motorsport team is seeking a Simulation and Modelling Engineer to develop high-quality models of F1 vehicles and subsystems. Candidates should have a degree in Engineering or related fields along with strong skills in vehicle dynamics and modelling tools like MATLAB. This role offers a chance to work in a high-performance team and contribute significantly to vehicle performance on the track.
At Red Bull Racing & Technology, we don’t just compete—we innovate, disrupt, and push beyond the limits of performance. We are driven by relentless ambition, cutting-edge technology, and the determination to win at every level. Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do, and we thrive on trust, creativity, and bold ideas. We celebrate wins as a team, big or small, because success is always a shared achievement.
We are seeking a recently graduated, highly skilled and motivated Simulation and Modelling Engineer to join our Vehicle Performance department. This role is central to the development and deployment of high-quality models and simulations of the full F1 vehicle and its subsystems, contributing directly to the team's on-track performance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating accurate and robust models used across our simulation toolchain — including offline analysis, driver-in-the-loop (DIL) simulators, and real-time track support systems. This includes developing and implementing algorithms and optimisation techniques to enable efficient exploration of vehicle behaviours, as well as rigorous correlation of model predictions to track data.
