Job description

In this role, you will assist with the execution of loans ranging from £/€30-100 million, primarily focusing on residential and logistics sectors with mid-market sponsors. You will work closely with the client and their stakeholders to facilitate the loan execution process, as well as provide support throughout the credit assessment and approval process. The role is dedicated to loan execution and credit processes, with no requirement for investor reporting, investor relations, or broader fund management activities, as all capital is provided by the client.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Qualified lawyer with proven experience in real estate finance, gained within a leading private practice or an in-house legal team.
  • Experience with loan execution and credit processes.
  • Problem solver and collaborative approach.
  • Able to work in a dynamic and fast moving environment.
  • Work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines. Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloads.
  • Work autonomously but also collaborate as part of the wider team.
  • Hold the relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
