A leading international law firm is seeking a qualified lawyer specialized in real estate finance to assist with loan executions of £/€30-100 million. The successful candidate will engage closely with clients to streamline the loan process and ensure effective credit assessment. This full-time role starts in January and lasts 3-6 months, aimed at candidates who are dynamic and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
In this role, you will assist with the execution of loans ranging from £/€30-100 million, primarily focusing on residential and logistics sectors with mid-market sponsors. You will work closely with the client and their stakeholders to facilitate the loan execution process, as well as provide support throughout the credit assessment and approval process. The role is dedicated to loan execution and credit processes, with no requirement for investor reporting, investor relations, or broader fund management activities, as all capital is provided by the client.
