Main Purpose of the Role

Simmons Adaptive are keen to hear from consumer credit lawyers who are interested in providing interim support for a prominent financial institution. The role can be based in Birmingham or London, and is expected to be a full-time (with three days in the office) position.

Person Specification
  • Qualified lawyer with consumer credit experience (CONC/CCA) from a financial institution.
  • Based in London or Birmingham and immediately/imminently available.
  • Problem solver and offers a collaborative approach.
  • Able to work in a dynamic and fast‑moving environment.
  • Can work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads.
  • Can work autonomously but can also collaborate as part of the wider team.
  • Will be required to hold the relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
