Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional bartending experience with cocktails.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wine and mixology techniques.
• Proven ability to create visually appealing cocktails with balance.
• Excellent customer service and effective communication.
• Ability to multitask, multitasking under pressure and work with the team.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Utilise knowledge of cocktails and mixology to create innovative drinks.
• Collaborate with management to develop signature drinks for service.
• Prepare and serve beverages accurately according to recipes.
• Engage guests with recommendations and high service standards.
