Are you an experienced Sign Maker or Vinyl Graphics Technician looking to join a fast-paced, creative, and friendly team? Our client is seeking a motivated individual with hands‑on experience in vinyl preparation, printing, and sign production.

About the Role

In this varied and practical role, you’ll be involved in all aspects of vinyl and digital graphics production. From printing and laminating to fabrication and application, you’ll play a key part in delivering high‑quality signage for a wide range of projects. You’ll also support other areas of the business when required, contributing to a collaborative and team‑focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing vinyl for application, including cutting and weeding
• Printing and laminating digital graphics
• Producing in‑house vinyl graphics and assisting with basic sign fabrication
• Ensuring work is completed accurately and efficiently to a high standard
• Assisting other departments (e.g., assembly) when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Hands‑on experience using digital printers, laminators, and vinyl plotters
• Skilled in vinyl and digital graphic preparation and application
• Experience with design/plotting software such as Illustrator, FlexiSign, or similar
• Strong communication, organisational skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for quality
• Flexibility to work additional hours when required
