The Bright Futures - Security Services team is recruiting an Employability Tutor/Door Supervisor in Harlow with significant travel across Southern and Eastern England. The role focuses on delivering security courses and enabling learners to gain their SIA license.

Qualifications

• A level 3 teaching qualification.
• Good level of IT skills.
• A level 2 (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
• Relevant qualifications to deliver door supervision at level 3.
• Competency in delivering door supervision courses.
• Ideally, own vehicle for travelling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Level 2 Award for Door Supervisors across locations in the south and east of England.
• Support adult learners to gain their SIA license and progress into work in the security industry.
• Travel across Eastern and Southern England to deliver courses and assess learners.
