Job summary

Haven Holidays is seeking an energetic Security Team Member to join our 24-hour security operation. You’ll help maintain a safe, secure environment for guests and colleagues at our holiday park in Great Yarmouth.

As a licensed SIA Door Supervisor, you will patrol, manage park access, and respond to incidents with professionalism. The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends and bank holidays, with a strong commitment to guest service and Haven values.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor license.
• Previous experience in a security role, preferably within hospitality or leisure.
• Strong communication skills and professional conduct.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends and bank holidays.
• Commitment to Haven Values.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the holiday park to ensure safety and security for guests, owners and team.
• Assist in park access control to ensure only authorised individuals are on site.
• Respond promptly and professionally to security-related incidents or concerns.
• Maintain detailed and accurate incident records and report to management.
• Provide friendly and helpful guest assistance and information.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe, enjoyable environment.

Key Responsibilities

• - Monitor and patrol the holiday park to always ensure safety and security to our guests,ownersand team.

• - Respond promptly and professionally to any security-related incidents, such as medical emergencies, alarms, or guest concerns.
• -Maintaindetailed andaccuraterecords of incidents, reporting to management asrequired.
• - Provide friendly and helpful guest experiences,assistingwith information on guest queries.
• - Collaborate with other team members and park functions to create a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Requirements

• - Must hold a valid SIADoor Supervisor (DS) license.
• -Previousexperience in a security role, preferably within the hospitality or leisure industry, is an advantage.
• -Strong communicationskills, with the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
• - High attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
• - Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
