Job summary

Corps Security is seeking a highly skilled SIA Licensed Relief Security Officer to cover holiday and sickness across client premises in Ellesmere Port. You will be trained to work on several sites with a view to fixed shifts as opportunities arise.

You must hold a valid SIA Front-Line License and a full UK driving licence with access to reliable transport. Strong IT skills, a customer focus and the ability to work under pressure are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• SIA Front-Line License is essential.
• Full UK Manual Driving License is essential.
• Own vehicle or reliable transport preferred.
• Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the site regularly and record activities as required.
• Brief and log visitors/contractors; manage sign-in/out procedures.
• Monitor deliveries and process related paperwork per site procedures.
• Set and unset alarms for out-of-hours security where applicable.
• Complete daily occurrence logs, handovers, incidents and other reports.
• Follow Assignment Instructions, Risk Assessments and safety docs; advise on improvements.
• Maintain training records; ensure first aid and fire marshal training is up to date.
• Uphold high professional standards and display SIA license.
• Handle ad hoc duties and maintain excellent customer service.
