Job summary

Corps Security is seeking a highly motivated SIA Licensed Nightshift Security Officer in Corby. You will provide a secure environment, conduct access control, site inductions and patrols while following Escalation procedures with site management and emergency services.

The role runs 42 hours per week on a 4-on, 4-off night schedule. Applicants must hold a valid SIA Front-Line License, a full UK driving license, and demonstrate excellent communication and IT skills, including Excel.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
• A valid SIA Front-Line License - essential.
• A Full UK Manual Driving License - essential.
• Ability to work to deadlines, multitasking and working under pressure.
• Excellent IT Skills including Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall surveillance of the site and carry out regular patrols.
• Brief visitors and contractors, managing sign-in/out procedures.
• Record deliveries and process paperwork per site procedures.
• Set and unset alarms for out-of-hours security.
• Complete daily occurrence logs, handovers and incident records.
• Maintain training records including first aid and fire marshal training.
