Job summary

InterContinental London Park Lane is seeking a Security Officer to join our team on a 4 on, 4 off rota, covering day and night shifts.

You will protect guests and property, monitor CCTV, respond to incidents and work closely with hotel colleagues to maintain a safe, welcoming environment. A valid SIA license and a strong customer-service mindset are essential.

We offer a competitive salary (£17.08/hour – £35,526.40 per year), paid overtime, meals on duty and extensive employee perks with IHG.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel security or similar environment.
• Valid SIA license required.
• Strong customer-service orientation and safety mindset.
• Ability to work day and night shifts on a 4 on, 4 off rota.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incidents and alarms promptly and professionally.
