BardWood Support Services is seeking a Retail Security Officer for a well-known Kirkcaldy store. You will patrol the premises, monitor entrances and exits, and ensure the safety of staff and visitors during evening shifts.

As a successful candidate you will hold an SIA license, have a 5-year checkable work history, be physically fit, and capable of remaining calm under pressure while building positive customer relations.

Qualifications

• SIA Licence is required.
• Minimum 5-year checkable work history.
• Experience in a similar security role is advantageous.
• Physically fit and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Patrolling the Retail Store Premises.
• Investigating Disturbances and monitoring entry/exit points.
• Calling for help in emergencies and operating theft-detecting devices.
• Building positive customer relations while effectively managing crowds.
