Job summary

A recruitment agency in engineering is seeking experienced Shuttering Joiners for a project in Reading. The successful candidates will work on installing precast concrete columns, walls, and decking. Applicants should have a CSCS and preferably IPAF and Working at Height certifications. This role offers a PAYE rate of £22.00 per hour and is set to last for 3 months, starting on 26th August 2025.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Shuttering Joiner.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Carry out finished works on precast concrete columns, walls, and decking installations.
• Join site team to deliver high-quality formwork.
• Ensure structures are ready for concrete pours in line with safety standards.

Position: 4 xShuttering Joiner

Location: Reading

Start date: 26th August2025

Duration: 3 months

Days PAYE Rates: M - F £19.64 per hour + £2.37 holiday pay = £22.00 per hour

Hours:5 x 9 hour shifts Monday to Friday | 0800 - 1730

The Role:

We are seeking experiencedShuttering Joiners to carry out finished works on three blocks, including precast concrete columns, walls, and decking installations. The successful candidate will join our site team to deliver high-quality formwork and ensure structures are ready for concrete pours, in line with drawings, specifications, and site safety standards.

• IPAF & Working at Height (Preferred)
