Ballycommon is seeking experienced shuttering carpenters to join our Wolverhampton team. You will construct and dismantle shuttering and formwork for concrete structures, read technical drawings, and ensure high-quality, safe on-site execution.

Ideal candidates hold a CSCS card, have right-to-work in the UK, and bring strong team spirit and reliability. Overtime and weekend work available with competitive rates based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Shuttering and Formwork: Construct and dismantle shuttering and formwork for concrete structures, ensuring precision and compliance with project specifications.
• Reading Drawings: Interpret and work from technical drawings, ensuring that all measurements and alignments are accurate.
• Material Handling: Select and prepare the appropriate materials for shuttering and formwork, ensuring they are ready for concrete pouring.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards, making adjustments as necessary to achieve the best results.
• Health and Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations on-site, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Role Overview

We are currently seeking experienced Shuttering Carpenters to join our team in Wolverhampton. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in shuttering and formwork carpentry, with a proven track record of working on large-scale RC frame projects. You must have good experience in carpentry and core work.

Key Responsibilities

• Shuttering and Formwork: Construct and dismantle shuttering and formwork for concrete structures, ensuring precision and compliance with project specifications.
• Reading Drawings: Interpret and work from technical drawings, ensuring that all measurements and alignments are accurate.
• Material Handling: Select and prepare the appropriate materials for shuttering and formwork, ensuring they are ready for concrete pouring.
