Job description

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Showroom Sales Advisor to join our client in Loughborough. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has a natural interest in interiors, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.

The Role

As a Showroom Sales Advisor, you will guide customers through their buying journey, offering product advice, design suggestions, and support from first enquiry to final purchase. You’ll communicate confidently across all channels - face-to-face, over the phone, and via email.

Work Schedule

5 days per week, with 2 rotating days off, including weekends. Hours: 9am – 5pm.

£25-27k

Responsibilities
  • Greeting customers and responding to all showroom, phone, and email enquiries
  • Providing clear advice on products, suitability, sizing, and pricing
  • Preparing quotations, processing payments, and arranging deliveries
  • Offering design input and resolving customer queries
  • Updating the CRM system with accurate, timely information
  • Coordinating the dispatch of product samples
  • Delivering excellent aftersales service
Qualifications
  • Experience in sales or customer service
  • Knowledge of interiors or luxury goods (desirable but not essential)
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, confident manner
  • A proactive, enthusiastic approach and willingness to be hands‑on
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
