This role involves managing sales processes, maintaining compliance with financial regulations, and overseeing documentation. This team is dynamic and works at a fast pace, focusing on achieving and exceeding their sales targets. Working alongside the GM and Sales Manager you will help support the Sales Team and will gain the experience and knowledge required to take your Automotive career to the next level.
We are looking for a committed and motivated individual to embrace the challenge of collaboratively leading within a successful car sales department. The ideal candidate will be detail orientated and highly organised. Having lots of enthusiasm, drive and motivation is key to consistently achieve fantastic results.Previous experience in a similar position and within the motor trade is essential along with an understanding of all aspects of financial and insurance product regulations. You will need to hold a full UK driving license as you may be expected to drive some of the most prestigious cars on the market!
