Showroom Manager - London

Are you passionate about interiors and creating beautiful customer experiences? We're looking for an inspiring Showroom Manager to lead our stunning London showroom and bring our brand to life for every client who walks through the door.

This is more than a store leadership role. As Showroom Manager, you'll champion exceptional service, build genuine relationships, and guide customers through a considered, design-led sales journey - all while leading, developing and motivating a talented showroom team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Being the face of the showroom - welcoming clients, understanding their vision, and delivering a premium, consultative service
• Leading, developing and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional standards and beautiful customer experiences
• Driving showroom performance through strong commercial understanding and attention to detail
• Ensuring the showroom looks immaculate at all times, showcasing our product at its absolute best
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly and customer expectations are exceeded
