Job summary

Huws Gray Group is hiring a Showroom Manager for Cirencester. You’ll lead the showroom team to create inspiring kitchen and bathroom spaces, guiding staff to deliver excellent service and meet sales targets.

The role emphasises a customer-first mindset, building relationships with customers and driving showroom performance through effective displays and internal marketing. Flexible working options may be discussed at interview.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Kitchens, Bedrooms & Bathrooms (KBB) industry is beneficial.
• Confident leading a team and driving excellent customer service.

We’re looking for a Showroom Manager to lead our team in (Cirencester). You’ll be the driving force behind creating inspiring kitchen and bathroom spaces for our customers. With a strong eye for design and a customer-first mindset, you’ll guide your team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the showroom team to deliver a brilliant customer experience
• Supporting your team to meet targets and maximise bonus opportunities
• Building relationships with new and existing customers to grow business
• Overseeing internal marketing and maintaining engaging product displays
