A leading luxury watch retailer in London seeks an experienced Showroom Director to deliver exceptional client experiences while achieving business goals. The role requires a collaborative leader focused on developing relationships, managing teams, and enhancing client loyalty. Ideal candidates have significant retail management experience, a passion for client relationships, and ability to drive business growth, with a strong focus on operational excellence.
We are delighted to be seeking an experienced and highly motivated Showroom Director to join our Mappin & Webb Showroom on Regent Street. The Showroom Director will have a passion for delivering an exceptional client experience whilst achieving business objectives through developing new opportunities and relationships. A true inspirational leader they will be able to build an excellent team who are passionate.

Watches of Switzerland Group has moved our headquarters to a new, state‑of‑the‑art office in Carlton Park, Leicester. The new 75,000 square foot office is located just outside of Leicester city centre and is home to over 500 employees. Surrounded by 32 acres of woodlands with facilities such as a mini market, team lounges, a multi-faith room and a parent room.
