Day-to-day responsibilities
  • Welcoming customers and assisting them in finding the right products to suit their needs
  • Demonstrating products and other equipment confidently and safely
  • Using internal systems to manage stock, enquiries, and orders—strong computer skills are essential
  • Answering telephone and showroom enquiries in a warm, professional manner
  • Receiving and replenishing stock
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest product ranges
  • Supporting the team with general showroom duties.
Required Skills & Qualifications
