Luxury Retail Assistant / Showroom Host required in Mayfair, Central London

Salary: £25,000 basic per annum
On Target Earnings (OTE): £42,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (with some flexibility required for VIP trade shows)

About the Role

Our client a Luxury Retailer in the heart of Mayfair, London is currently seeking a polished and proactive Front of House / Product Specialist to join the prestigious retail team Mayfair in a Car Showroom setting. This high-profile role is ideal for an individual with a background in luxury retail or with strong administrative skills, who thrives in a professional, customer-focused environment. You will be the first point of contact for discerning clients and visitors, providing a seamless, welcoming experience while supporting sales and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities as a Showroom Assistant
  • Deliver exceptional customer service as the first point of contact in the showroom, capturing the essence of our client’s luxury brand.
  • Assist with sales of branded accessories, including bags, umbrellas, and other merchandise, meeting set sales KPIs.
  • Manage CRM systems efficiently, ensuring customer records and interactions are accurately maintained.
  • Support event coordination and marketing initiatives, preparing for VIP visits and trade shows.
  • Admin duties including email correspondence, appointments scheduling, and basic data entry with Excel and Outlook.
  • Represent the client’s luxury automotive brand professionally, embodying the image and standards expected of a luxury dealership.
Must-Have Skills & Experience of the Showroom Assistant
  • Previous experience in luxury retail environments (e.g., high‑end department stores like Harrods) or roles with strong administrative responsibilities.
  • Well‑presented, confident, and professional appearance.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook; comfortable handling customer databases and CRM systems.
  • Ability to handle sales KPIs confidently and maintain high standards of customer service.
