• Experience in admin, sales, marketing or customer facing role.
• Desirable experience in the events or hospitality sector.

Responsibilities

• Support with promotion and sales for Showground commercial.
• Deliver high-level customer service and coordinate partner requirements.
• Ensure contract fulfillment and strengthen relationships.
• Record sales activities using MS Excel and CRM systems.
• Coordinate health and safety documentation.
• Support onboarding and customer service delivery.

Educated to GCSE standard or higher
