Are you ready to take the reins of a dynamic retail and leisure destination undergoing exciting transformation? We’re looking for an experienced Centre Manager to lead operations for a thriving shopping centre and surrounding mixed‑use estate, featuring retail and F&B spaces, with fantastic development opportunities currently in progress.

About the Role

As Centre Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the day‑to‑day operations and long‑term success of this evolving asset. You’ll manage everything from contractor relationships, M&E, facilities management, and service charge budgets, ensuring smooth operations while elevating the estate’s profile during a period of significant change.

You’ll have the support of an on‑site Assistant, but ultimate responsibility for the centre and estate will rest with you. This is a hands‑on role where your expertise will shape the future of a key destination.

  • Retail experience is essential, you’ve been there, done that, and understand what makes retail tick.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast‑paced, changing environments.
  • Strong operational management skills, including budget control and contractor oversight.
